By creating an account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.

3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Our service offers monthly subscriptions which provide credits to be used for generating videos. Each video generation costs 100 credits. Upon creating an account, users are credited with 200 free credits to test the product without the need for entering any payment information.

5. Free Trial

Vidalgo provides a free trial to all new users, granting 100 credits at no cost. The free credits allow users to generate up to two videos to experience our service capabilities. No payment information is required to access this free trial, promoting a risk-free way to evaluate our offerings.

6. Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees for our services. Any change in pricing will be communicated to our users one month in advance. Once notified, the new rates will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the end of the notice period. This ensures that users have sufficient time to make informed decisions regarding their subscription.

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All videos generated on our platform by our artificial intelligence technology are the property of the user. Users retain ownership of the videos and are free to share, distribute, or commercially exploit their generated content as they see fit.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our services to generate content that:

• Is explicitly violent or sexually explicit.

• Promotes harassment, bullying, discrimination, or defamation.

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.

• Encourages illegal activities or behavior that is abusive, threatening, obscene, or defamatory.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for users who engage in these prohibited activities.

9. Refund Policy

Vidalgo values customer satisfaction and has a clear policy regarding purchases. Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. However, we are committed to assisting with any issues that may arise. Users can contact us either by:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vidalgo makes no guarantees that our products or services will meet your expectations. The use of our services is at your own risk, and all content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Vidalgo hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, or performance of the products or services provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vidalgo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other intangible losses resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, or any other aspect of service performance. Vidalgo will not be responsible for any potential financial losses incurred during periods when the service is interrupted for maintenance or due to technical problems beyond our control.

12. Service Interruptions

While we strive to maintain a high level of availability and reliability for our services, interruptions can occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside of our control. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Vidalgo shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage, including potential loss of revenue or business opportunities, resulting from any temporary interruption of our services.

13. Vidacoin Expiration and Renewal

Vidacoins, which are the credits used for video generation within Vidalgo, expire at the end of each subscription period. Upon each renewal of the subscription, the balance of Vidacoins is reset to zero, regardless of the number of unused credits. New Vidacoins are then allocated based on the terms of your subscription plan. Users should ensure they use their Vidacoins before the end of each subscription period, as unused credits do not roll over into the next billing cycle.
