These Terms of Service ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in our Affiliate Program (the "Program") and establish the terms and conditions under which you may earn commission through referrals. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.

Self-referrals Prohibited: You are not permitted to sign up for Vidalgo through your own affiliate link. Any detected self-referrals will result in the permanent ban of your account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.

Abuse or Misleading Tactics: We do not tolerate attempts to abuse the affiliate system. Any actions aimed to mislead, manipulate, or defraud either us or potential customers will result in a permanent ban of your affiliate account. This includes, but is not limited to, posting fake discounts on coupon-sharing websites.

Restrictions on Advertising: While we encourage advertising, affiliates are not allowed to run ads on search engines such as Google that directly compete with our own marketing efforts, particularly using our branded terms or domain names. All other forms of advertising, such as on social media platforms and other channels, are permitted provided they do not misrepresent your relationship with Vidalgo. Affiliates found violating this policy may face termination of their account.

No Impersonation: You may not impersonate Vidalgo or represent yourself as an employee of Vidalgo. You must clearly disclose your independent role as an affiliate and not mislead others into believing you are directly part of Vidalgo corporate.

Changes to Affiliate Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after such modifications signifies your acceptance of these changes.
